The Upper Room and Southern Made have been partners for as long as we have been a company. The relationship runs deep, starting at a point in which the Upper Room was making an investment of time and money in all of their digital offerings. We worked to do a technical discovery, audit and documentation over 50 siloed digital properties on their behalf. Then, we created a comprehensive cross-organization roadmap and subsequently rebuilt all technology in a SOA (service oriented architecture), introducing APIs, native apps, and e-commerce capabilities as well. Southern Made continues to work diligently with the internal Upper Room team to identify key initiatives to develop and integrate into their digital landscape.
